R.I.P

The other night, My friends little sister who is 16, Christina Son, and Her father, Sieng Son was involved in a major car accident and passed away. The police is accusing Sieng, saying it was his fault. How can you accuse a dead man saying it was his fault when a man hit their vehicle on the passenger side??? Can someone answer that??

It was obvious whose fault it was!!! Sieng had just picked up Christina from school, drove down 1462 back to Rosharon and got hit on the passenger side when the big white truck was trying to leave the country road on the side!
TELL ME WHOSE FAULT THAT IS! The man, Brian Hamilton got out with a broken ankle...a broken motherfucking ankle, when he took the lives of 2 of the nicest people in the world. I AM NOT SAYING THEY ARE NICE JUST TO MAKE THEM LOOK INNOCENT! I REALLY DO MEAN IT, THEY LITERALLY ARE ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE GOD HAS EVER OFFERED MOTHER EARTH, Christina was a young woman, who doesn't say much AT ALL, keeps quiet, never really hear a peep out of her, and her father was exactly the same! NEVER TALKED DOWN TO ANYONE OR ANYTHING!

If I was the Police Department, I would look more into this, because when you are blaming a person who was driving straight on a freeway and have no reason to do a U-Turn or anything, That's messed up. HE PICKED UP HIS DAUGHTER TO GO...HOME. HE HAD NO REASON TO DO A U-TURN OR ANYTHING!

I am ranting about this not because I am friends of the family, but because its common sense, Honostly...I don't even blame Brian Hamilton for the accident. Cause thats what it was, AN ACCIDENT. I feel for him, and his family, because they are probably scared that he may go to jail or prison or whatever, but I just want the Son family to get the Justice that they deserve, because they cannot come back to life and Stand up for themselves when Brian Hamilton can.

This was simply an accident, one that took two lives of people that are greatly loved by the Cambodian community. Brian doesn't deserve any prison time, because he did not intentionally mean to do it, cause shit happens, thats the bottom line. but for Sieng to be blamed for the whole thing is just outrageous to me.

Someone who saw it needs to come out and say something because there is no justice to this whatsoever.
